Is the Department of Energy Going to Start Piloting Other Forms of Acquisition?
The Biden administration and the Department of Energy actually finalized a pretty groundbreaking role. And that really just unlocks a lot of creativity and a lot of flexibility for the SPR's toolkit for acquisition. We're supportive of that effort, but I think from our perspective, the best version of this is if the Department of energy starts piloting other forms of acquisition to tie these fixed price contracts to capital commitments. That's what we're hoping for.
