You had to get a special access to go at certain hours. Once you were allowed back into your own countryYour treatment was inhuman i mean, one of the government quarantine facilities actually breached o human rights for prison s in a jail. That's how bad it was. I think we do need that kind of reckoning with what governments did to their own citizens during that time.
