Charles the Simple vs Carlamund

Carlamund the first had a lot of potential but was pushed aside at every turn. Charles the Simple might be much higher on yours. He's very interesting I suppose. But for me just as a ruler I think he's he's has to be the worst ruler of all the Carolingians.
