The Importance of Waiting for a Confirmation Before Progressing
I was caught totally off guard. When I initially joined I really didn't feel a tremendous amount of pressure it was there was a lot of new stuff I had to learn but overall the team was really good like they were all really great people. So but yeah that was just the best like thing I can remember where I definitely did something that in hindsight I should have done something else that I wasn't aware of at the time. Yeah. Just make it your people are in the loop before you do something because at the end of the day, humans resist change.
