Is Onky Different From Spanish?

Onkis is a core part of my language learning process for Japanese, which it wasn't for Spanish. So that's integrated into onky. But also, since things are way more slippery, there's certain things that I have I need to be strategic with how I spend my passive immersion time. It's really easy to forget things and I don't have as much time learning Japanese as I did when I was learning Spanish.
