What Was It Like at GE?
There weren't many women working at GE in the late 90s. "I was a bit of a anomaly on many levels," she says. She describes herself as an introvert who sat in meetings without saying anything. The gender issue was clear, and it wasn't held in hell with the same esteem as engineering or finance.
