i've always an pretty open and i don't think this has to do anything with like, a confidence. It's more that in the flow of inneractions and writing, it really never occurs to me to not say something that's relevant or interesting. I grew up in an environment where nobody seemed to feel any sense of shame or anxiety about it. If you're a sis white male, especially one who presents in the way i do, typically mental illness gets interpreted in a very positive light.
