I think we're always healing and I think if a wound is super deep, i.e. a parental wound or like even a relationship wound, it's not a one and done type of thing. So I like integrating spirituality and meditation because we can use that awareness and use that connection to notice these things in our everyday lives. It definitely depends on the client because every client is like at their own point in their own journey and practice. Even just reminding ourselves of our connectedness and our oneness.
