All Men's Right to the Land
Landownership is fundamentally the right to kick somebody else off of what you say is your property. There's been a movement in england and scotland, and i think before that, in scandinavia, that pushes back against this notion of trespass. The concept in the swedish language is alman's ratam, all men's right to the land. You can do more or less what a civilized person would wish to do on land - no matter who owns it.
