The Challenges of Digital Disruption in Distribution
The first thing that people tend to think of is technology, right? And the reality is that it's not technology that solves this problem. When I was at Unilog, we were actually in the process of they have an e-commerce content program which a lot of people know of. There's certainly a number of manufacturers out there that struggle with the product data they have and some of them it's really crude. But if you can figure out a way to ease that data into something that's meaningful, it's a great competency for the business.
