This anoptic gospels don't tell us about this miracle. The King James translators were absolutely inspired in my opinion in what they did with verse nine. You can picture the governor of the feast drinking this saying, wow, this is amazing wine. And he has no idea where it came from. But the servants which drew the water knew and then there's a nice little winky face.
