The Correlation Between Fisher and Goulton

In the 1800s several of us would recognize a multiple regression model. In episode one, Goulton's fingerprints were on things. And we still talk about the Pearson product moment correlation. So this was very experimentally motivated. Fisher is rotating crops and randomly distributing fertilizers. There are three cells, each has a mean,. each has a variance. The ANOVA model is allowing us to say, are all means equal? If we reject that, that all means are equal, then we can say, well, which means different? They're very discreet mean comparisons.
