Sulfur is natural. It's in dried fruits, it's in nuts. So, this idea that sulfur is a dangerous and unnatural additive, I think, is a myth That's been going on. People say, oh, it gives me headaches. No, you probably had too much wine. And there are certain things like sulfur, very misunderstood. You know, a wine that doesn't have sulfur added tends to become a little unstable.
