The Importance of Forgiving the Victims

O the falsity of judgment is erpiece of te lot of my work that converts authentic anger into blame. It's important not to by passon or prematurely forgive, which i've tried to do before. Sometimes you just really need to sit with and feel that before you go through the deeper forgiveness and ingratitude process. I believe it or not, i've been to shift into gratitude. You know, thank god that this person stole my money and tried to destroy my life,. because that's actually what i needed. Ah, so when you are afraid of forgiving someone, it's really a protection mechanism. And we can't truly be free if we aren't letting our heart back
