Ed Harold, author of life with breath gives us some tips on how to get the best out of our week ends. As you begin to go to sleep, we want to amplify our ability to fall asleep quickly and deeply. We look to our ax tail and the mental intention of a good night's sleep. So abilize the brain with that slow motion inhale,. Inhal exhal, slowly unwind. Pause. Eccentuate the power sympathetic. Do that three to ten times, and that'll make that autonomic shift to appair of sympathetic dominance. Don't think. Pay attention to what you want to occur, and then cocreate it with the universe.
