Eriteathir: How do i make sure that a d d is not used as an excuse by my daughters for all their bad behaviour? A child with a d d can still be held accountable for some behaviour, right? Yes. Absolutely. But if you do something hurtful to somebody, or if you say something mean to your parents, or you're disrespectful, no, you still need to apologize and make amends. And what i really want parents to mind is that, you know, punishment is not going to always change behavior. So will we really want to teach his accountability and responsibility, regardless of having a diagnosis?
