What's the Difference Between Customer Support and Consulting?
The open ecosystem has obviously been a significant pushback into the market. There is a very gray line between supporting our software and being someone's accountant. I can tell you firsthand, there are customers I would have never gotten onto our product without being their accountant. And absolutely, good vendors that provide great service need to be in the marketplace because we need more of them.
