The Fine Line Between Tension and Confrontation
I don't want to hurt people's feelings because I don't want people to dislike me. And I have a fear of being disliked. You wouldn't say like, Oh, am I going to be mean by like, and so there is, I mean, it's a fine line. Apple requires that you know the details of your organization three levels down. Amazon famously has all these tiny little teams, the sub, the sort of sub values underneath it are the same as Red Ventures, Amazon, any of these other companies.
