86% of all cort education is focused on technical and tectical and technical corcin. We know full well that coaches ill go and pick up the other stuff later on, and it's actually the easier stuff to pick up. And so instead of thinking right, we've got to get everything in a course. So my plea is for those people out there who can con this, to consider a non linear approach to coach education. That's how it happens. I don't understand why we haven't reconceptialized in that way and right re framed it.
