The risk of pre-epism is upwards of 90%. So I guess my first question is, do I have to worry about that as a potential side effect and how aggressive about counseling? And then more broadly, how are you counseling your patients to use these medications? Yeah. They actually do not. That's very rare. The PDE5 inhibitors, they don't just, it's not like you take the medicine and you immediately have an erection. They still require some form of arousal.
