The social dilemma is a good place to jump into chapter seven, since you're talkng about email. She talks about the characteristics of well written emales which i think are r our great clarity, brevity and punch. I feel you can't do it justice in one chapter of a 250 page book. That's the place that i would would point to. But, but yah, you got a, you got to break that twitch.
