Microsoft is trying to find new ways to optimize the experience of working, especially when it's remote. We've introduced something called breakout rooms inside microsoff teams where you can basically take a larger meeting a distribute those off into individual breakout groups and have that all within one meeting experience. And we're introducing virtual commutes inside teems und so this idea that says creating space at the beginning and the end of your day a transition. Equally, is this idea of well being, which is really emerging, is a critical trend that, frankly, every leader needs to be thinking about if they aren't today.
