I've noticed a very, very small handful of individuals the industry who there's a great deal of ego egocentism in their own face and brand. They don't coexist well or share limelight with their other the coaches. So therefore, they tend to attract very quiet personalities wo they can. And i notice that those people outside of very narrow pockets, they tem not to thrive with relationships in the broader industry at it tends to cap just how much growth that they actually achieve. I really believe that if you support and foster and at least give the opportunity for your people to want to step into that role, then i think that's the best formula. The more people we're totally
