John Snow and the History of Modern Public Health
Everybody knows johns incuding te coon. Not that george now is lesser. No namesake. But i'll say it for people who don't know that the history, actual history of modern public health in london began with an act of mandalism. Somebody named john snow actually broke the handle of a water pump and carried it as in broad steet in london. So colera was spreading across all those concentric circles and effecting a very large number of people. The outbreak genuinely ceased at that point in time. We again realize how important clean water is for for efficient public health.
