The Importance of Social Skills in School

Both my little and my younger son are on the autistic autism spectrum. And neither were given the skills that they needed to set them up for life. One is doing okay and the other one has more struggles. Does that give you some clues? I think early on, we have to be concerned that our children are not being traumatized by the being in school itself. It took me a long time to realize that Nicholas was actually traumatized in first grade.
