The Effects of Fryed Potatoes on Cardiometabolic Health

This study had a hundred and 80 participants took place over 30 days. All three groups were a ibed calory matched nutritional interventions per day. The conclusion from the abstract sums it up pretty well. There were no gnificant differences in fat mass or in glucco regulatory bio markers after 30 days of potato consumption versus almonds. Results do not suggest a causal relationship between increased frinch fried potato consumption and the negative health outcomes studied.
