Can We Observe Other Universes?

We have made a lot of progress in understanding the universe. But so we cannot observe other universes, right ecause we're sort of like fish in a bull were stuck in ours. Can we think about other universes? We absolutely can. And that's something that we do all the time as we unroll the story of our universe.
