When people are very scared, especially they've been scared for a while, it's usually a better time to buy than when everybody's happy and celebrating. I always tell people always prepare for the other side of the trade. So if you're in cash, start preparing to go long,. Start looking for the signs that will tell you to go long. And my favorite scenario is what we had coming out of this bear market and this COVID situation. It's when everybody's terrified, everybody's saying
