I totally think there was divine intervention. How could there not be? The document is so brilliant. They balanced a lot of competing interests and they came up with this utterly brilliant fair design. I never speak with certitude about God because I'm not God. He hasn't communicated to me. Yes, but it does seem that it does beg explanation. Such great men, great minds at one time. It doesn't matter. This is the way we work. So the older I have gotten, the more I have adored the founders of the country.
