As AI capabilities develop, though it will be increasingly seen as a matter of national security that a country beyond the leading edge. I think there's some low hanging fruit and some policies that have been developed for dealing with some of the near term issues. It's not super clear that we want to rush into a situation where governments are leading this if that would turn out to only accentuate the arms race dynamics in an unhelpful way.
