How to Be a Team Principal in Formula One
I'm pretty lucky that I get to talk to a lot of them in my day job and they come from all different backgrounds. There is no like clear cut way of doing it other than you just got to be pretty shrewd, got to have a good business head on you. These team bosses run between 200 and 600, 700, 800 people. You got to be able to manage that kind of group of people and also take that responsibility. But I think there's, what's great is there's no one size fits all.
