How to Warm Up for Isometrics

I often find myself using it in team sport environments as microdosing quite a lot. You get a great feeling off the back of it, boys aren't as sore anymore, we've got to load in too. A really good way to warm up for your isometrics is to go do a boom and heavy squat,. Get a good one on your back because you're going to be putting five to six time body weight loads if you're doing a one leg isometric squat position through your back anyway. So that squat doesn't even compare, it's actually a good warm up. And just like Matt said too, you've got your supportive isos at the back end of it
