The Problem With Frame Pacing in PC Games?

The M1 Max is in the medium range of GPU performance if you're comparing it to an NVIDIA graphics card. In all these screenshots, you seem to have slightly uneven frame pacing. You will notice essentially some kind of flickering or stuttering on screen when you have really uneven frame paced. And that's why actually those frames per second are higher than I mentioned in the story because it's doing something when you're just standing still.
