How Do I Improve My Speaking?

i get these quite a lot from you guys, so i'm sorry f it' some mey being a broken record and repeating. But the trick is that you obviously need to talk more. You know, if you don't practise a certain skill or task, then you're not going to develop confidence in order to perform that skill or task well.
