I think sometimes you do have to reach rock bottom. We got smashed in South Africa. So we weren't hitting up in a test cricket. And it actually identified the types of players that we wanted. Who are the people that are going to stand up? Brendan was pretty much, it was that time of his career where he was absolutely ready to go. He gave us some really good direction around what was important for us moving forward. It didn't take him a lot of time once he got the job to implement what he thought was important as well.
