The Power of Trust in a Dow
Saffordel: Dow's represent, at least in my opinion, the best model we have for agile governance. The concept of trusted circles where we started with six amazing nonprofits that we knew and we trusted. And then they expanded to 10 other nonprofits that they trusted. And now it's growing to another 50 to 100 nonprofits. That is enabling people who are normally not seen, not heard to be in fact invited in. It's quite beautiful.
