The Risks in the Australian Electricity Market
A lot of project finances really been done on projects that have high levels of electricity sales contracts. So as we change through the market structure, we're probably going to see changes to the retailers and the ability to run large trading positions. A number of them have been exposed to margin calls or additional collateral for the trading position over that April to June period. And then as you start looking at partly contracted assets, you're taking market risk and giving up what's the alternative which is counterparty credit risk.
