The Importance of Having a Team of People Around You

I suppose you never walk alone is really about never having to be on your own and when you feel isolated you kind of recognize that you've always got people around you. For me what was really important was showcasing the vulnerability the highs and the lows not being afraid to cry when you are in substantial amounts of pain. It's just how we reshift that mindset and so for me no one could question my masculinity and strength I'm running 76 maristals at 76 days and I'm doing and going to achieve something that very few people have ever done.
