How to Manage Patients Who Can't Tolerate the Voltage That They Need
There's rarely a magical threshold for inspire therapy. There are patient selection criteria that tell you that typically at low voltages, they'll do pretty well. If you're having to increase it so much, probably this therapy will never work. The more commonly we'll try and add them to therapy like side sleep. And I just don't typically see that the CPAP is going to be helped by simultaneous inspired therapy.
