But the drafters of the creative commons licenses made a small oversight, one that was not rectified for 14 years after the project's launch. The copy left troll is a copyright preditor that exclusively targets people who haven't violated copyright. It's even more of a pure pre play than the copyright troll racket, says John Defterios.
