Pain is one of the biggest stressors on a human being. We do these things like we clench, even sometimes we don't even know we're doing it. The tensing and the tight tightening actually is going to make pain worse. So somehow finding a way to help your body relax and become is actually one of the things that we're going to need to do to help pain.
