In the early days, when it was compensating for if it took more of your time, it did seem like the perfect way of travelling. It was cheaper than everything else. But there wasn't really ever a reason to think hober was going to solve the problem of self driving cars any better than tesler or a major car manufacturer. Ober still loses money. They manage this quarter, but actually their cash balance goes down by billions every three months. If they cannot get drivers out of cars, they probably will never be profitable enough to be a vible business.
