Since the enactment of s b eight in texas, we have seen an increase in texas callers who are coming to california to receive there their care. At first i was on the fence about the 15 week marks, since 90 % of women get an abortion before that time. But then i listen to the mississippi supreme court argument, and i learn that the last six to eight weeks is the most dangerous time if an abortion is needed. It also discriminates, because you cannot have the same rights as another woman just because of the date you got pregnant.
