Virgin's Shares Slid Fast
I've always made fast decisions and acted on my instinct. Then I was stifled. Most of all, I no longer felt that I was standing on my own feet. We doubled our profits, but Virgin's shares started to slip. And for the first time in my life, I was depressed. Shares dropped fast. It wasn't my fault, but I felt that I'd let down all the people who had brought Virgin shares. Many were friends and family as well as our staff.
