What the Liberals Did to the Afghan Detainees Committee

The Harper government tried to pull all the parties in and make them part of an agreement of a process to go through information. The new Democrats opted out because they felt that the process was not sufficiently transparent. They got the block and the liberals into a closed door committee on Afghan detainees, where they were going to get access to semi unredacted decisions. But the caveat was you couldn't report this stuff out.
