The evolution of our understanding of burnout and moral injury do change. The challenge for learners is that they don't really have, they don't have the autonomy yet. So it may be things like over ordering tests or the simple, what everybody says is not being able to look your patients in the eye because you have to attend to the EMR. That is at its most basic, that tension between who do I take care of? Do I take cared of my patient or do I take cares of my organization by taking care of the E MR?
