Multiple Sclerosis Trials - Hit Hard Early?

In myosetinia, you don't generally hard to do really big trials. We had 25 patients randomized to active treatment and 22 placebo. So we could use corticosteroids within a certain dose range. And we also introduced a tapering schedule. It was okay to give rescue treatments in the form of immunoglobulins or plasma psis if that was needed.
