The Struggles of a DEI Consultancy

In this whole process, were your friendships within the organization strained? Yes, very much so. Some of some of what was said was, in my opinion, just it hit too hard. I don't feel that those friendships were there after that. And publicly piling on somebody like that wasn't what I wanted to do. So even though these consultancies, they they're supposed to bring people together, they kind of tear people apart.
