Technical Debt - Prudent and Reckless?

The book is about two different forms of technical deat. Prudent and reckless technical debt. The original term came from trying to explain that sometimes we get o wrigt the thing, and it's not going quite right. We start building a programme, as it starts being used by real humans, you learn how maybe you should have solved it. And in fact, the definition of technical Deat, that tan, the original definition, where the term came from, is about that, about learning.
