The Same Small Tax on Every Kind of Transaction

The same small tax on every kind of transaction doesn't seem to me to be the right way to set up your tax system. One tax might not affect much at all, you can tax it a lot and the behavior only changes a little bit. You tax it evena little bit and people's behavior wildly changes. This is real thiss how economic works. So i would have to say that a the automated payment transaction tax is not something that i think i would support, at least at the moment.
